We had an incredible experience with Austin at Zip Junk Removal here in Panama City Beach. I called him on a Sunday needing a condo renovation clean out at our place in Majestic Beach Resort (Tower 2, 21st floor). He picked up right away, I explained what we needed removed, and he gave us a clear, fair quote over the phone. He was at our condo within two hours. Being on the 21st floor, we had a variety of bulky items and renovation debris that needed to be cleaned out quickly and professionally. Austin handled everything with zero issues. I needed a couch gone and called Zip Junk Removal and they were at my home within an hour and a half. They got the couch out of my house and loaded on to a trailer to haul off in a timely manner.
