We had an incredible experience with Austin at Zip Junk Removal here in Panama City Beach. I called him on a Sunday needing a condo renovation clean out at our place in Majestic Beach Resort (Tower 2, 21st floor). He picked up right away, I explained what we needed removed, and he gave us a clear, fair quote over the phone. He was at our condo within two hours. Being on the 21st floor, we had a variety of bulky items and renovation debris that needed to be cleaned out quickly and professionally. Austin handled everything with zero issues. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient, and he took care of the entire junk removal process from start to finish. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. If you’re doing any kind of condo renovation clean out, junk removal, or debris hauling in Panama City Beach, especially around Majestic Beach Resort, I highly recommend Zip Junk Removal. Austin came through for me with very short notice! I practically flagged him down in the street the morning of a closing. The seller had left one room an absolute disaster. He got right to work and his pricing was extremely reasonable. Worth every penny to have the mess picked up and hauled away so that all I had to do was sweep so that I could hand over the keys to the new owners. Thank you Austin!

Austin and team originally helped me in the Savannah, GA area and I couldn't have been more happy. Unfortunately, the next time I reached out he had moved to the panhandle of Florida. Following him while watching him grow his business beyond GA was wonderful! I reached out eventually and got a better quote with him driving to Savannah and helping me move vs. a local mover.
