We had an incredible experience with Austin at Zip Junk Removal here in Panama City Beach. I called him on a Sunday needing a condo renovation clean out at our place in Majestic Beach Resort (Tower 2, 21st floor). He picked up right away, I explained what we needed removed, and he gave us a clear, fair quote over the phone. He was at our condo within two hours. Being on the 21st floor, we had a variety of bulky items and renovation debris that needed to be cleaned out quickly and professionally. Austin handled everything with zero issues. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient, and he took care of the entire junk removal process from start to finish. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Austin provided us a 5 star treatment for removing a huge load of junk our tenant left behind (chopped up boat on the side of the curb and a shed full of junk). The prices were reasonable and fair. Since we are no longer local, Austin took the extra time to send us pictures and videos so we could see the before and after. I needed a couch gone and called Zip Junk Removal and they were at my home within an hour and a half. They got the couch out of my house and loaded on to a trailer to haul off in a timely manner. I also had a lot of junk and trash that I was just going to put on the curb, but I asked if they got those kind of things as well and they got all of it loaded up fairly quickly. Owner operator Austin was very professional did a fantastic job removing all of the junk for want of a better word Highly recommend he and his partner are thorough. They’re efficient, courteous, very professional.
Austin came through for me with very short notice! I practically flagged him down in the street the morning of a closing. The seller had left one room an absolute disaster. He got right to work and his pricing was extremely reasonable. Worth every penny to have the mess picked up and hauled away so that all I had to do was sweep so that I could hand over the keys to the new owners. Thank you Austin!

Austin and his crew did an amazing job with the little I had to work with. They managed to get everything that needed to get out of the house we inherited (It was a mess) within 2 loads of their trailor. Customer service was top notch and I appreciate it so much!
